The present bail application has been moved by the applicant-accused Dhiraj alias Dhuldhul for the offence punishable under Sections 3(1) of U.P. Gangster Act, in Case Crime No. 154 of 2025, Police Station- Aurai, District-Bhadohi. 2. Mr. Vikas Srivastava learned advocate, appears and submits that there are two cases shown in the gang chart to the credit of the accused applicant of pity cases wherein the accused-applicant is on bail. It is further submitted that there is criminal history of one case to the credit of the accused-applicant including the gang chart, which is duly explained. The accused-applicant is languishing in jail since June, 2025. 3. Per contra, learned A.G.A. opposed the bail application and submits that the accused is having criminal history though he has been bailed out in those cases, but is habitual offender. 4.
