The present bail application has been moved by the accused/applicant- Kaleem Ahmad for the offence punishable under Sections 3/5/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act in Case Crime No.142 of 2025, Police Station- Bhojpur, District- Ghaziabad. 2. Learned advocate, appears on behalf of applicant and submits that the accused-applicant is falsely implicated in the case of Cow Slaughter and killing of cattle. The applicant was not named in the FIR. The recovery of raw hide cattle has been recovered from the truck of the accused. The co-accused Waseem has already been granted bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court. The applicant has no criminal history to his credit and he is in jail since 06.06.2025. 3.
