This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Naveen @ Changu, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 556 of 2024, under Sections 103 (2), 238, 309 (6), 61 (2), 127 (2), 3 (5) BNS, Police Station- Akbarpur, District- Kanpur Dehat. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 15.05.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly placed co- accused, Sanjay Singh Parihar has already been enlarged on bail of by the Bench of this Court by orders dated 18.07.2025, passed in Criminal Misc.
