Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 34 of 2021, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 34, 307, 302 I.P.C., Police Station- Ratanpuri, District- Muzaffar Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, on the date of incident i.e. 30.3.2021 at about 11:30 p.m. the applicant and other co-accused persons are stated to have assaulted the brother of the informant Sanjay, whereby the role of firing at the deceased Sanjay has been assigned to accused Rahul son of Pappu Ram and the role of injuring the other persons accompanying the deceased, namely, Subhash and Rahul son of informant (Munesh) has been assigned to the applicant and other co-accused persons. 5.
