The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 111 of 2025, under Sections 118(1), 109, 352, 351(3), 3(5) B.N.S. and Section 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Sarpataha, District Jaunpur, during the pendency of trial. As per prosecution case, in brief, a first information report was lodged by the complainant on 16.05.2025 against four accused persons, namely, Shivam, Vicky, Golu and Shiv Kumar making allegations inter alia that on account of old enmity, they caused injuries to Kirtan Tiwari, Monu Tiwari and Vishal with sharp edged weapon. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that Kirtan Tiwari received one injury on his chest, Monu Tiwari received one injury in his stomach and Vishal has received one injury in his stomach,
