By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 247 of 2024 at Police Station Azeemnagar, District Rampur under Sections 109, 103, 61(2), 352, 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita (B.N.S.)-2023, Section 7 Criminal Law (Amendment) Act and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act. The applicant is in jail since 20.09.2024. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 04.06.2025. The bail application of the applicant was rejected on 04.06.2025. Barely a month has passed. The trial is on foot. At this stage no cause for entertaining this bail application is made out. No fresh ground for grant of bail has been made out.
