The applicant is in jail since 01.11.2022. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 12.03.2024. The trial is on foot. There is possibility of the applicant influencing the witnesses and tampering with the evidence in case he is enlarged on bail at this stage. No fresh ground for grant of bail has been made out.
