The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 38 of 2025, under Section 109 B.N.S. and Section 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Manduvadih, District-Varanasi, during the pendency of trial. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the police, in order to falsely implicate the applicant, got a first information report lodged on 04.02.2025 for the alleged offence under Section 109 of B.N.S., 2023 and Section 3/25 Arms Act against Prem Narayan Singh alias Babu alias Bauva and present applicant Ajeet Singh alias Kauwa.
