Bail Application No. 5575 of 2024. There is allegation against the applicant of catching hold of deceased only.He is not the assailant. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that only two prosecution witnesses have been examined as yet.The applicant is in jail since 10.11.2023 and has no criminal history to his credit.Subsequently it appears that he has been implicated under the Gangster Act.
