Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Nagal, District Saharanpur during the pendency of trial. 3-It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart, the applicant is said to have been involved in one criminal case, in which he has already been enlarged on bail. It is next submitted that apart from gang-chart, applicant has a criminal history of one another case, in which also he has already been granted bail, copy of both the bail orders has been annexed as Annexure No. 3 to the bail application.
