Hon'ble Sanjay Kumar Singh,J. 1-Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. representing the State. 2-By means of this bail application, applicant-Kadir, who is involved in Case Crime No. 359 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 118(1), 351(2), 352, 109 B.N.S. and Sections 3/4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Pilkhuwa, District Hapur seeks enlargement on bail during the pendency of trial. 3-As per the prosecution case in brief, complainant- Aadil has lodged an F.I.R. on 18.07.2024 with regard to an incident dated 17.07.2024 against Kadir (applicant), Kaasif, Kayyum, Inzmam and three other unnamed accused persons alleging inter-alia that in a construction of government road, he works as a labour and also keeps the cement used in the construction of said road in his custody. On 17.07.2024, Kadir picked up a sack of cement without permission and on resisting him, he started scuffling with him. F.I.R. also alleges that a
