The present bail application has been moved by the applicant-accused Faizan for the offence punishable under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, in Case Crime No. 02 of 2025, Police Station- Shikohabad, District-Firozabad. 2. Sri Kamal Singh, learned advocate appeared for the applicant and submits that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The accused has been bailed out in all three cases detailed shown in the gang chart. It is further submitted that the accused applicant is having criminal history of four cases, which is shown in paragraph no. 10 to the affidavit filed in support of the bail application. It is further submitted that he is languishing in jail since January, 2025. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 3.
