Heard Sri Rajendra Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ram Shiromani Yadav, learned counsel for the informant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.109 of 2025, under Sections 85, 80(2), 115(2) B.N.S. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act and added Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of B.N.S., Police Station Junawai, District Sambhal, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant is the father-in-law of the deceased person and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about six days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. It is true that the cause of death is asphyxia as a result of ante-mortem strangulation, but the applicant has nothing to do with the said offence as he lives separately to the husband wife
