The present bail application, seeking bail, has been moved by the applicant-accused-Surendra Kumar Gautam involved in Case Crime No.133 of 2025, under Section 3(1) U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 Police Station-Suriyawa, District-Bhadohi. 3. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant contends that in gang-chart three base cases have been shown against the accused- applicant in which he is on bail. There is no criminal history. The applicant is in jail since February, 2025. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 4.
