The present bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Munesh alias Manish Pal with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.03 of 2024, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC and Section 8/20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Girwan, District- Banda. 3. Learned counsel appears for the applicant submits that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the case by the police by registering FIR against six named persons with the allegations that the accused Munesh alias Manish Pal (applicant), Nagendra Singh and Pradeep Kumar Nai were shown in the vehicle D.C.M. shifting the Narcotics drugs Ganja weighted 6 quintal 20 kg
