The submission of the learned counsel for the applicant is that there are cross versions of the incident registered by both the parties against each other. Injuries have been caused to both the parties. It cannot be ascertained at this stage which party was the aggressor. The applicant alleges false implication in this case. He submits that the applicant is languishing in jail since 24.04.2025 having no criminal history. In case, he is enlarged on bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail. It is further submitted that on the similar footing the co-accused Pinki and Sunil Kumar have been granted bail by the Court vide order dated 23.06.2025 and 17.07.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 20644 of 2025 and Criminal Misc. Application No. 24579 of 20
