Hon'ble Avnish Saxena,J. 1.Sri Rajendra Singh Yadav, Advocate appears and submits that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated in Case Crime No. 99 of 2024, under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Rajapur, District Chidrakoo. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant, contends that only four cases have been shown against the accused-applicant; two in the criminal history and two in gang-chart, though total 12 cases have been registered against the accused. In none of the cases accused has been convicted. In one case final report has been submitted and in one case name of the accused-applicant has wrongly been shown. It is, therefore, submitted that there is only ten cases including present case under Gangsters Act. In all the cases, the accused/applicant has been granted bail. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarged
