The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Kunal Singh, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 124 of 2024, under Sections- 308(2), 318(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) B.N.S and Section 66(D) of I.T. Act, Cyber Crime, District- Varanasi. 3. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of cyber crime along with co-accused persons after hatching conspiracy. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was not named in the F.I.R. He has been implicated in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, Ashish Dhar Dubey. 5.
