The instant bail application has been preferred by the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.0131 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 115(2), 352, 324(4) of B.N.S. and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, police station Jaithra, district Etah, during the pendency of the trial. As per prosecution case, in brief, the complainant got a F.I.R. lodged on 14.05.2025 against six accused persons, namely, Chob Singh alias Ombir, Rachit, Rishav, Alok Singh (present applicant), Prashu and Gajendra alias Guddu making allegation inter-alia when he was going to the house of M.L.A. for making complainant about the incident which happened with him yesterday, then on the way accused persons stopped his car and after taking the applicant down, abused and beaten him and also broke the wind
