Hon'ble Avnish Saxena,J. 1. The present bail application has been moved by the applicant- accused Dilawar for the offence punishable under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, in Case Crime No. 414 of 2025, Police Station- Khurja Nagar, District-Bulandshahar. 2. Sri Adarsh Srivastava, learned advocate, appears and submits that the applicant has been implicated in the present case on the basis of his involvement in three base cases mentioned in gang chart, in which he is on bail. He next submitted that the applicant is having a criminal history of nine cases, out of which in eight cases he has been bailed out by the court below, copies of bail orders have been annexed in the affidavit accompanying the bail application and criminal history of one case has been explained in supplementary affidavit. The applicant is in jail since May, 2025. 3. Per contra,
