The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.24 of 2024, under Sections 364-A, 302, 201, 120B, 34 I.P.C. and Section 3(2)(5) SC/ST Act, Police Station Raipura, District Chitrakoot with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. This is the second bail application on behalf of the applicant. The first one was rejected by this Court vide order dated 22.10.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.29822 of 2024. 5.
