This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Malti Singh, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 161 of 2024, under Sections 191 (2), 103 (1), 352, 351 (3) BNS, P.S. Pailani, District Banda. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. She has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 20.05.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly placed co- accused, Anil Sing @ Kaju Singh, Pappu Singh and Chunubad Singh have already been enlarged on bail of by coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 18.02.2025, 06.05.2025 and 11.03.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
