Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.42 of 2023, under Section 302 I.P.C., Police Station Shamshabad, District Agra, during the pendency of trial. 3. The instant bail application was filed on 20.05.2023 and none was present on behalf of the applicant to press it on 3.8.2023, 26.11.2024, 5.2.2025, 1.7.2025, 23.7.2025 and so is the case today. 4. It is observed by this Court that advocates are not appearing in majority of listed cases that too on multiple dates. Non-appearance of the counsel for the applicant amounts to professional misconduct. It also tantamount to bench hunting or forum shopping. 5. The Supreme Court in Ishwarlal Mali Rathod v.
