The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.22 of 2023, under Sections 394, 411 and 302 I.P.C., Police Station Indargarh, District Kannauj with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant was arrested at the spot involved in robbery on 17.01.2023 at about 3:00 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The said arrest has been made just to show good work by the police. The criminal history of fourteen cases assigned to the applicant stands explained. The applicant is in jail since 18.01.2023 and is ready to cooperate with trial. In case
