This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Satyendra Nishad, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 91 of 2025, under Sections 191 (1), 191 (2), 103 (1), 352 BNS, Police Station- Karchhana, District- Prayagraj. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 19.03.2025. It is submitted that similarly placed co-accused, Deepu Nishad, has already been enlarged on bail of by this Court by order dated 03.07.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
