Heard Sri Sushil Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Arimardan Yadav, learned AGA for the State- respondents and perused the record. 2. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Brijendra, seeking enlargement on bail in Session Case No. 355 of 2024, arising out of Case Crime No. 66 of 2024, under Sections 302, 201 IPC, Police Station- Panwadi, District- Mahoba. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 29.04.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly placed co- accused, Anand has already been enlarged on bail of by coordinate Bench of this Court by orders dated 20.09.2024, passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 30497 of 2024. He further
