The present bail application has been moved by the applicant-accused Harihar Yadav for the offence punishable under Section 3(1) U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, in Case Crime No. 166 of 2024, Police Station- Chakiya, District-Chandauli. 2. Sri Himanshu Giri, learned advocate, holding brief appeared for the applicant and submits that the applicant has been implicated in the present case on the basis of his involvement in one case mentioned in gang chart, copy whereof has been annexed as Annexure-2 to the affidavit accompanying this bail application in which he is on bail. The applicant is in jail since 03.08.2024. 3. Per contra, learned A.G.A. opposed the bail application but he does not dispute the fact that the applicant has been granted bail in solitary case mentioned against him in the gang chart. 4.
