The present bail application has been moved by the applicant-accused Kasim for the offence punishable under Section 307 IPC and Section 3/25 Arms Act, in Case Crime No. 90 of 2024, Police Station- Kapoorpur, District Hapur. 2. Mr. Anurag Shukla, learned advocate, appears on behalf of applicant and submits that accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the police encounter case. He further submits that this is a no injury case. The arrest and recovery has been made in absence of independent witness. The charge sheet has been submitted in the matter. There is criminal history of 14 cases to the credit to the credit of the accused-applicant, which has been duly explained and in all the cases, he is on bail, whereas the one case is lodged against the accused on the same day.
