Heard Shri Ravi Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Ari Mardan Yadav, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Amarpal, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 31 of 2019, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 120-B I.P.C., Police Station Gonda, District Aligarh. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 15.07.2019. As per F.I.R. common role of firing has been assigned to all the accused persons. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused Sonu and Pintu have already been enlarged on bail by co-o
