By means of this bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S., applicant- Antram Yadav, who is involved in Case Crime No.74 of 2025, under Sections 3/5/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Kampil, District Farrukhabad seeks enlargement on bail during the pendency of trial. As per prosecution case, on the basis of information received by the informer that some people are making illegal weapons in the vacant space near Putha. The S.H.O. along with accompanying force, SOG in-charge and surveillance in-charge moved ahead and on reaching there, they formed two teams, in which one team was led by S.H.O. and other team was led by SOG in-charge. The police personnel of both the teams were moving forward surrounding that place. As soon as, they reached a little close to those persons, they saw in the light of the torch
