The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant-Kajal, on bail in Case Crime No. 267 of 2024, under Sections-103 (1), 238 (B), 61 (2) Police Station Baniyather, District Sambhal. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is the wife of the deceased, who has been falsely implicated in the present case and is languishing in jail since 16.10.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that a missing report was lodged by the mother of the deceased on 13.10.2024. On 14.10.2024 the dead body of the deceased Pushpendra was lying kept in scarred condition, near Lala Ke Bagh, Village Akbarpur on which the present First Information Report has been lodged by the brother of the deceased Pushpendra.
