This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicants, Sundari Devi and Vijai Gond @ Vijai Shankar, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 43 of 2025, under Sections 85, 103 (1), 80 (2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Karimuddinpur, District Ghazipur.
