The present bail application has been moved by the applicant-accused Suhail for the offence punishable under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, in Case Crime No. 137 of 2025, Police Station- Parikshitgarh, District-Meerut. 2. Mr. Hemant Kumar, learned advocate, appears and submits that there are three cases shown in the gang chart to the credit of the accused applicant in which he is on bail. It is further submitted that there is criminal history of one case to the credit of the accused-applicant in which he is on bail. The accused-applicant is languishing in jail since May, 2025. 3. Per contra, learned A.G.A. opposed the bail application and submits that the accused is having criminal history though he has been bailed out in those cases, but is habitual offender. 4.
