The present bail application has been moved by the applicant-accused Qamar for the offence punishable under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, in Case Crime No. 303 of 2025, Police Station- Puranpur, District-Pilibhit. 2. Shri Abdul Mazeed, learned advocate, appears and submits that there is one case shown in the gang chart to the credit of the accused applicant of which he is on bail. It is further submitted that in addition to above, the accused-applicant has criminal history of seventeen cases, which has been explained in paragraph 9 of the affidavit accompanying bail application. It is further submitted that in all the cases the accused-applicant is on bail.
