The present bail application has been moved by the applicant- accused Salman for the offence punishable under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, in Case Crime No. 094 of 2025, Police Station- Saifani, District- Rampur. 2. Ms. Nandini Pandey, learned advocate, appears and submits that there is only one case shown in the gang chart to the credit of the accused applicant of which he is on bail. It is further submitted that there is no criminal history to the credit of the accused-applicant. The accused-applicant is languishing in jail since May, 2025. 3. Per contra, learned A.G.A. opposed the bail application and submits that the accused is having criminal history of one case in which he has been bailed out. 4.
