The present bail application has been moved by the applicant- accused Shahid Afridi for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4) B.N.S., Sections 3, 5A, 5B, 8 of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Animal Cruetly Act in Case Crime No. 207 of 2024, Police Station- Chakia, District Chandauli. 2. Mohd. Jamshed Khan, learned advocate, appears on behalf of applicant and submits that accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case by the police on the basis of statement of co-accused Ajay Gupta, whose name has been taken by the owner of vehicle mentioned in the FIR as the driver and another person sprinted away leaving the vehicle. The matter was registered for the offence of Cow Slaughter and Animal Cruelty, wherein seven live cattle have been recovered from a vehicle. There is no cattle meat recovered.
