Learned counsel for the accused-applicant, contends that in gang-chart, three cases have been shown against the accused- applicant, in which he is on bail. Apart from the cases shown in the gang chart, there is no other criminal history. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 3. Per contra learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant, but has not pointed out any other case against the applicant except the cases shown in the gang-chart. 4.
