Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that similarly situated co-accused namely, Shubham Jaiswal has already been enlarged on bail by co- ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.06.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 20354 of 2025. It is thus contended that the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity.
