This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Omendra , seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 851 of 2024, under Sections 191 (2), 103 (1), 3 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Faridpur , District Bareilly. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 4.3.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that initially the first informant had not taken the name of applicant. Subsequently, in the supplementary affidavit he had taken the role of applicant. There is no eye witnesses account of alleged evidence. Eight ante m
