The present bail application has been moved by the applicant- accused Lakhan Singh for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 3(5) of B.N.S.,2023 and Section 66D of I.T. Act in Case Crime No. 59 of 2025, Police Station- Cyber Crime, District- Agra. 2. Mr. Rakesh Tripathi-I, learned advocate, appears on behalf of applicant and submits that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case on the basis of statement made by the co-accused, who has not been charge sheeted so far. There is no direct role of the accused in the present case. The FIR has been registered on 04.03.2025 for the incident occurred between 19.01.2025 to 02.03.2025 when informant has paid Rs. 42.5 lacs on the basis of mobile calls and for investing the same in the crypto currency.
