The present bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Ganesh Prasad Rathaur with a prayer to release him on bail in S.S.T. No. 08 of 2025, arising out of Case Crime No. 845 of 2024, under Sections 8/20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Kotwali Orai, District- Jalaun. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 135 Kg. of Ganja is alleged to have been recovered from the vehicle in which, applicant and co-accused persons were travelling. In fact no such recovery was effected from the applicant.
