Gangsters Act, Police Station Kathela Samaymata, District Siddharth Nagar. 2. Learned counsel contends that there is single case in the gang chart and in which, applicant is on bail. Apart from the case shown in the gang chart, applicant has criminal history of one case to his credit, in which he is on bail. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 3. Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail, but conceded that the single case shown in the gang chart, the accused/applicant has already been granted bail. 4. This Court has taken into consideration the rival submissions made by the parties and perused the record. 5.
