Learned counsel for the accused-applicant, contends that in gang-chart only one case has been shown against the accused- applicant, in which he is on bail. Apart from the case shown in the gang chart, there is no other criminal history. Applicant is languishing in jail since 12.05.2025. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 3. Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that there is only one case has been shown in the gang chart, in which he is on bail. The investigation is continuing. 4.
