The present bail application has been moved by the applicant- accused Jaikaran for the offence punishable under Sections 109, 352 of B.N.S.,2023 and Section 3/25 of Arms Act, in Case Crime No. 104 of 2025, Police Station- Crossing Republic, District- Ghaziabad. 2. Mr. Shiva Tripathi, learned advocate, appears on behalf of applicant and submits that the accused applicant has been falsely roped in the present case of attempt to murder, wherein the role assigned to the accused is of catching hold of the victim, whereas the other accused, his brother has opened fire. The FIR reveals that there is an altercation between accused and injured's friend Lucky, which led to the incident. The further arguments is that there is no supplementary medical report, the medical report reveals the smell of alcohol from the breath of the injured and the nature of injuries has not been defined. 3.
