This bail application has been preferred by the accused-applicant, Ramakant Yadav, who is involved in Case Crime No. NCB/LJU/CR No. 27 of 2021 under Sections 8/20/25/29/60 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- N.C.B. Lucknow, District- Chandauli. This is the third bail application. The first and second bail application of the applicant were dismissed for want of prosecution vide orders dated 28.3.2023 and 7.4.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos.24734 of 2022 and 35037 of 2023 by the coordinate Bench and this Bench.
