Hon'ble Avnish Saxena,J. 1.Sri Bindeshwari Prasad Mishra, Advocate appears and submits that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated in Case Crime No. 363 of 2022, under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Mathura. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant, contends that only two cases have been shown against the accused-applicant. In both the cases, the accused/applicant has been granted bail. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 3. Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail, but conceded that in both the cases the accused/applicant has already been granted bail. 4. This court has taken into consideration the rival submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 5. The record prima facie reveals that gang chart contains only two cases in which the accused/applicant is enlarged on bail.
