Hon'ble Avnish Saxena,J. 1.The present bail application has been moved by the applicant- accused Pankaj Vishwakarma for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 338, 340(2), 61(2) of B.N.S. and Section 66(D) of I.T. Act in Case Crime No. 68 of 2024, Police Station- Cyber Crime, District- Meerut. 2.The applicant is not named in the FIR. 3.Mr. Dharmendra Singh, learned advocate, appears on behalf of applicant and submits that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case during investigation. No FIR has been registered against the accused applicant. He has not committed any act of cheating or cyber fraud.
