Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021, police station Ghughli, district Maharajganj seek enlargement on bail during the pendency of trial. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicants that on 25.05.2025, a first information report was lodged for the offence under Sections 3, 5(1) of U.P. Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021 against Shailesh Kumar Vishwakarma, Mahesh Vishwakarma and Kiran.
