This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Ramawatar Bind Urf Anup, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 58 of 2025, under Sections 103 (1), 191 (2), 191 (3), 3 (5), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 4/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Bansdeeh Road, District Ballia.
