By means of this bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S., 2023, the applicant, who is involved in Case Crime No. 32 of 2025, under Sections 8/20(a) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, P.S. Fatehganj, District Banda, is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is being prosecuted on account of recovery of 3 Kgs and 550 Grams Ganja from his possession, in fact , nothing has been recovered from the possession of the applicant as alleged by the prosecution. It is further submitted that alleged recovery of 3 Kgs and 550 Grams Ganja is below commercial quantity, therefore, provisions of Section 37 of N.D.P.S. Act is not attracted in this case.
